A stability ball will help you in a lot of ways, including strengthening your core and improve your balance. You can also trade your office chair for a stability ball if you are ready for a big challenge and train while you work.

Elastic bands will be able to give your body a full workout and the best thing is that they can be used with a stability ball as well. They engage multiple muscle groups at once , inexpensive and perfect for your daily workout.

3. Lightweight dumbbells
